Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@thejadapaw.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
We cover the return shipping cost.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before placing your return request.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
